Led by Shawna Potter (singer of War On Women & author of Making Spaces Safer) this webinar will cover active listening skills, crisis response, proactive measures to create the vibe you want, and how to respond to identity-based harassment in the moment.  The tips will applicable to both music workers & organizers. We'll concentrate mostly on physical spaces, but feel free to ask questions about digital spaces.There will be time at the end for some practice scenarios and Q&A.
