The Clove Alliance has invited Shawna Potter and Jackson Katz, Ph.D. as keynote speakers for their one-day Sexual Violence Awareness Conference in Kankakee, IL.

The one-day conference will empower participants to work together to eliminate sexual violence within our communities by combating harassment, promoting gender equity and engaging men in the promotion of gender equity and the prevention of sexual violence. Ideal for law enforcement, mental health, social services, violence prevention, education, and medical professionals.

Shawna will be speaking about the history of her Safer Space Program, and share key takeaways to help other professionals build relationships with third spaces in order to prevent and respond to gender-based violence.
